You can’t be there every hour. We can.
Arranging care for someone you love is rarely simple — there’s worry, guilt and a hundred questions. Our job is to take the weight off your shoulders with dependable, familiar support and clear, honest communication.

A clear plan you can keep
After our home visit you'll have a written care plan — what we'll do, when, and who'll be doing it. No surprises.
Updates that actually reach you
We agree how you'd like to hear from us and keep you posted, especially if something about your relative's health changes.
One number, real people
When you call, you reach people who know your relative — not a faceless call centre reading from a screen.
The things people want to know
How quickly can care start?
It depends on the situation. After a first chat and a home visit we can usually begin within days for urgent needs, or plan ahead at a gentler pace if you're organising care in advance.
Will it be the same carers each time?
Wherever possible, yes. We deliberately keep care teams small so your relative sees familiar faces who get to know them, their routine and their preferences.
We don't all live nearby — how will we stay informed?
Keeping families in the loop is part of the job. We agree how you'd like to hear from us, and flag any change in health or wellbeing early so distance never means being left in the dark.
What if our needs change over time?
Care plans are reviewed regularly and adjusted as things change — more visits, different support, or a different kind of help. Nothing is set in stone.
Is Divine Home Care regulated?
Yes. We're registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of adult social care in England.
Let's take one worry off your list
Tell us about your relative and what's happening. We'll arrange a free home visit in Leicester and talk you through the options — calmly and without pressure.
